Delivered to Singapore Airlines as 9V-SIA in 1973. To Flying Tiger Line as N747TA in 1979. Reregistered as N747FT in 1982. To Pan Am as N728PA in 1983. Fitted with a side cargo door in 1986. To Evergreen International as N485EV in 1991. Stored at New York-JFK from 2012, Kansas City, MO from 2014 and Quonset State, MD from 2015. Preserved at National Harbor, MD as the Air Force One Experience in Air Force One livery from 2018. Scrapped in 2021.
