Delivered to KLM in May 1958, cancelled in July 1962. Later to N45515 with World Airways (July 1962), Flying Tiger Line (August 1963), Murphree Air International (February 1969), North Slope Supply Co. (June 1969), R.C. Wheatley (December 1969), Dean E.
