Delivered to LAPSA/SAETA in March '95 in dual cs (the others site is in full SAETA cs). LAPSA livery removed and in full SAETA livery in June '96 until Nov'99, when over to America West Airlines (N619AW).In 2006 to US Airways .Between June 2009 and October 2011 Amsterdam airlines (PH-AAY), when over to Astra airlines (SX-DIO). wfu in November 2016 and ferried to Goodyear (AZ) for storage and scrap.
