Although marked as an F-4J, 153088 ended its active career as a YF-4S. It has been on loan from the National Naval Aviation Museum to American Legion Post 38 since 2007. The F-4S was a modified and upgraded version of the F-4J and was the last version of the Phantom II in use by the US Navy.
