Delivered to the Polish Air Force as 011 in 1966. To LOT as SP-LTO in 1969 then to Air Ukraine as 49253 in 1992. Reregistered as UR-49253 by 1993. Withdrawn from use at Kyiv-Zhulyany by 1997.
