New York National Guard troops pictured with the first YH-12B. The pilot is Bell chief pilot Floyd Carlson. The YH-12Bs re-used serial numbers of cancelled YR-12s and it seems they were not delivered until 1950. Photo published in Popular Science of December 1950. This very airframe went to Italy for Agusta's AB.102 development and its remains are in the Volandia museum.
