Delivered to Balkan as LZ-BTI in 1984. Leased to Kish Air for a few months in 1998 as EP-LBE and returned as LZ-BTI. Leased to Kish Air again for a few months in 1999 as EP-LBG and returned as LZ-BTI. To Balkan Holidays in Hemus Air colours as LZ-HMI in 2001. Sold in Russia as RA-85037 in 2008 then to Iran Air Tour as EP-MCV in 2009. Withdrawn from use at Esfahan by 2012 and later scrapped.
