Delivered to Balkan as LZ-BTW in 1985. Leased to Kish Air for in 1998 as EP-LBI and returned as LZ-BTW in 1999. To Balkan Holidays in Hemus Air colours as LZ-HMW in 2001. Sold in Russia in 2008 then to Iran Air Tour as EP-MCX in 2009. Withdrawn from use at Esfahan by 2012 and later scrapped.
