Ex 45-11540 with the USAAF, although placed in storage. Registered to the USAF in September 1947. the aircraft was destroyed in February 17, 1966 when it stalled during the initial climb from a Municipal Airport in Columbia, OH. Restored around 1974 and registered N5162V. To N151W between 1983 and 1992. To NL151W in April 1998. Exported to the Czech Republic in August 2011, keeping N151W.
