"Little Nugget" was delivered to a private buyer in Griffith, NSW, in 1964. It was purchased by John Wynn, who, with Keith Buttrey, flew MUJ to England to compete in the England to Australia Air Race of 1969. The pair completed the race, winning two awards for the most meritorious performance.
