Initially delivered to Aeroflot as CCCP-42372. To Ukraine International in July 1994 as UR-42372. To Donbassaero in September 1999. To Donavia between August 2002 and October 2004, afterwards back to Donbassaero. The aircraft was scrapped at some point and the registration was canceled in July 2013.
