Built for Capital Air Lines in 1957, but that fell through, which explains why it's not a 798D like the others. On 15 November 1961 it was wrecked in a ground collision with a DC-6 at Boston. Minuscule registrations like the one here were eventually banned by the FAA. This photo was added on 25 September 2021, and has since been viewed 671 times. |
