A support aircraft for crop spraying specialist Fison-Airwork who changed their name to Airwork Helicopters and were then acquired by Bristow Helicopters. The aircraft was re-registered as 5N-ABQ in November 1960 and destroyed when it crashed during single engine flight training near Ughelli Aerodrome, Nigeria on 4 April 1967.
