This oldy was once serialled Z.16-4/ET-351, then re-serialled as HA.16-4/ET-351 and within the Fuerzas Aeromóviles del Ejército de Tierra (FAMET, Spanish Army Aviation) then became HD.16-4 with the Ejercito del Aire (Spanish Air Force). It was assigned to 803 Esc with a Search and Rescue mission. In 1992, the Alouette 3 was withdrawn from use and transferred to the Spanish Ministry del Trafico as EC-GAJ. Later it became EC-HFE.
