Delivered to the EdA on 16 June 1977 as SA330J Z.19-5/EC-STR. It started to fly with 803 Esc and was re-serialled as HT.19-5/402-04 with 402 Esc on 31 July 1978. The helicopter then was marked 402-01 (as pictured) and later on as 402-53. It was re-serialled as HD.19-5 with 801 Esc on 31 March 1995. It was withdrawn from use some ten years later.
