The transition of the 50 TFW (Hahn) from F-4E to the F-16A in 1982 was a milestone for USAFE. The ceremony on the 8th July was attended by delegations and F-16's from the European Participating Air Forces (EPAF) countries Denmark, Norway, Belgium and The Netherlands.
