Looking very smart in it's final colour scheme, after operating in Colombia for almost 30 years, the aircraft was written off on 11th July 2018 in a landing accident at San Felipe (SKFP), after a flight from Inirida-Cesar Gaviria Trujillo Airport (PDA/SKPD).
