One of three Pawnees converted to two-seat configuration in 1971 by the Aerophase Products Corp., and renamed as the Pawnee Fledgling. This aircraft was eventually disassembled and put in storage. After being advertised for sale in 1999, it was returned to airworthy condition and the original registration was reinstated in Feb 2001.
