Delivered to the Soviet Air Force in 1968. Transferred to the Ukraine Air Force as 40 black in 1992. Changed to 40 blue by 1996 and 01 yellow by 1998. Was the personal aircraft of the commander of the Ukrainian Air Force. Still in service in 2021.
