Delivered to Swissair in May 1999. To Swiss in March 2002. Withdrawn from use in April 2009. To Vietnam Airlines in September 2009 as VN-A371. Withdrawn from use in September 2017. Stored at Goodyear a month later. To AerCap in October 2017 as 2-AERD. The aircraft was scrapped by February 2020.
