Ordered for the USAAF as C-47B 43-48690 but delivered to the US Navy as R4D-6 17286 in 1944. To the FAA as N9445Z then N62 in 1960 and N69 in 1973. Sold as N259DC in 1985 then to Caribbean Flights as YV-912C in 1996. Stored at Valencia, Venezuela by 2007.
