Built in 1946 and here with the Prestwick AFB Flying Club in a low contrast paint scheme for some reason. Sold and became G-ATXC in July 1966. On 24 January 1967 it was wrecked on take-off from Biggin Hill (EGKB), however the wings survived to be incorporated into Volmer Sportsman G-BAHP. This photo was added on 25 October 2021, and has since been viewed 916 times. |
