This aircraft was built in 1928 and christened 'Oiseau Canari' (Canary Bird). On 13th June, 1929 this aircraft made the first French Trans-Atlantic crossing from West to East; a journey of 5,900 Km in a time of 25 hours and 52 mins. The journey took an interesting turn when they found an American journalist stowed away after they had already taken off.
