This aircraft was designed by Henri Mignet and first flew in 1928 powered by a Poinsard 25 Hp engine. Mignet has been described as 'the Father' of the homebuilt aircraft. This was the first of his designs that successfully flew. This one was built early 1940 by Julien Clémentel and is preserved in the marvellous Musee de l'Air et de l'Espace.
