The one and only Silver Wings was built by George Mackenzie of Pella, Victoria about 1921. After some testing and an accident at Pella, further testing took place at Belmont Common in 1926. The Silver Wings was supposed to be registered in May 1926 but that did not occur. The propeller is displayed at the Nhill Aviation Heritage Centre, not far from Pella. The Renault engine, built by Kelly & Lewis, is with the Australian National Aviation Museum collection in Melbourne. Photo from: State Library of Victoria
