Delivered new to United as N1821U (as a DC-10-10) 13th Feb 1974. Sold to FedEx 22nd Apr 1997 and re-registered N386FE 22nd Oct 1998. This was the first DC-10 to be converted to MD-10 in March 1999 and after testing it was converted to freighter in Jan 2001.
