First flown on 19 April 1974, delivered to the USAF on 3 May 1974. It was flown by the 455th Flying Training Squadron / 323rd Flying Training Wing at Mather AFB (CA) and the 12th FTW from Randolph AFB (TX) before it was stored at AMARG with an unknown (to me) inventory code from 13 September 2010.
