Delivered to the Polish Air Force as 011 in 1969. To LOT as SP-LTT in 1974 then to Air Ukraine as CCCP-49255 then 49255 in 1992 and UR-49255 by 1993. Withdrawn from use by 2001 and scrapped in 2002.
