This Yak-40 was delivered to LRI in December 1975 and converted shortly thereafter to make it capable for ILS inspection duties. The plane also flew for Malév, Aviaexpress and Linair but essentially still operated as a calibration aircraft, although it did operate some postal and technical flights for Malév. The plane's CofA expired in October 1998 and it is now on display at the super Aeropark.
