Overview of the old Soviet AB at Finowfurt. However it has now reinvented itself as Flugplatz Eberswalde-Finow, a hassle free biz- and GA- alternative for Berlin. In addition, the owners have sold off most of the land to a company called Solarhybrid that has covered it with PV cells to form Finow Tower, one of Europe's largest solar power stations. Visible also at about 0900 is the wonderful Finow Luftfahrtmuseum, their Interflug Tu-134 (DDR-SCH) can just be seen.
