Delivered to the USAAF as 43-49194 in 1944. To the Czech Air Force as D-21 in 1946 then to the French Air Force as 49194 in 1960. Sold as F-OGFI in 1971 and used for parts at Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe. Nose to the Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace.
