Although not marked as such, this glider is owned by the Civil Air Patrol, with a current registration as of 2021. It was participating in the 2004 CAP National Flight Academy. In the photo it is landing on the grass airstrip set up for the activity. Note the extended spoilers on the wing upper surfaces.
