Unit was 23rd TFW, England AFB, LA, meanwhile disestablished. Please note the nice sharkmouth painted on the nose close to the massive gun. This aircraft flew combat missions from King Fahd Airport, Saudia Arabia, during operation desert storm. At that time it was wearing nose art 'The Heartbeat of America'.
