It is located in the municipalities of Villa de Mazo and Breña Baja. It has a single track facing north-south (18-36). The airport maintains multiple daily connections with the islands of Tenerife and Gran Canaria. It also offers several weekly frequencies with Madrid, and with some European cities (mainly Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom).
