Build 1989. ex Commutair/USAir Express (N15628). In March 1993 over to Flandre Air. left the fleet in October '97 for Air Service Gabon (TR-LEO). Crashed on delivery flight to Sahel Aviation Service, at sea 14 km off São Tomé Island Airport 07 April 2013.
