This Sufa was built as F-16D Block 52+CF (Conformal Fuel) with FMS serial 01-1001. The Sufa made late 2003 its first flight from birthing grounds Fort Worth (TX) and was handed over to the Israeli Air Force on 14 November 2003. It started to serve the 416th Flight test Squadron (412th Test Wing) at Edwards AFB (CA) from April 2004. It was first noted in Israel in late 2006 and since assigned to the MANAT which stands for Flight Test Center (FTC). Note, the extra long pitot tube.
