This 1975 built Bell 212 was first registered as N27664 with Evergreen Equity INC, then went on to Australia as VH-CRU [2], then back to N27664 before being operated in Indonesia as PK-TSF, PK-BRV and finally as PK-USS with Satria Helicopter (note titles on the cowling in this photo). It was written off after an accident on September 17, 2020, when it crashed into a river bed an altitude of 4'700 meters whilst being leased to / operated by National Utility Helicopters (NUH). Fortunately, all three people on board survived the accident. This photo is copyright © Adrian Romang, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
