Delivered on 30 July 1937. Impressed in 1940 and converted to an armed maritime patrol aircraft, AX659. Used by No 119 Sqn at RAF Bowmore, on Loch Indaal, Isle of Islay, Scotland, between March 1941 and 22 August 1941 when it crashed into the loch.
