ZK-TEC was on a training flight when the pilot attempted a non-standard landing maneuver demanded by the airline's training program. The aircraft hit the ground so hard the port wing was torn off as was most of the starboard wing. The tail also failed under the impact. The four crew and two passengers evacuated as ZK-TEC burst into flames. The maneuver was deleted after the accident.
