Built in 1958 as 145875 for the USMC and served until being withdrawn to MASDC at Davis Monthan in 1967. N7394 is one of 40 purchased by Keystone Helicopters in the early 1970s for operation by their Aircrane subsidiary. It remained in storage at Tucson for several years and ended up in a scrapyard close to Mojave by 2003.
