Delivered to the Bulgarian Government in Balkan colours in 1988. Repainted into Government colours in 1999. Titles removed and was operating for Balkan Bulgarian Airlines. Sold in 2012 and went to Samara for overhaul. To Kaz Air Trans as UP-T5410 by 2016. Withdrawn from use at Taraz by 2017.
