Collided with F-15C 78-0534 over South China Sea near Clark AFB on January, 24th, 1990. Landed safely, but 0534 crashed, killing the pilot. Seen here with 104th Fighter Wing Massachusetts Air National Guard at Nellis AFB, November 22nd, 2010. Active in July 2018 with 122nd Fighter Squadron/159th Fighter Wing Louisana Air National Guard.
