This aircraft was leased seasonally from Eastern Air Lines, where it was N312EA, so it often had a hybrid livery as seen here in July, 1974 at YYZ, Later, with Air Transat, on July 6, 2001 it flew into an intense hail storm over France. Although it landed safely without casualties, the damage was beyond repair and it was written off. This photo was added on 22 December 2021, and has since been viewed 515 times. |
