Delivered new to KLM as N4551N in September 1984. Re-registred PH-BUV in February 1991. wfu in November 2003. In January 2004 to Orient-Thai Airlines (HS-UTK). wfu and stored at Udon Thani (UTH), Thailand in August 2009.
