Delivered to Aeroflot as CCCP-47289 in 1971. Reregistered as RA-47289 around 1993. To TyumenAviaTrans by 2000 and UTAir in 2002. Dismantled at Syktyvkar in 2014 and transported to the training centre of the Federal Penitentiary Service at Yemva for use as a ground trainer.
