Built as KC-97G 53-0150 and later converted to KC-97L. Withdrawn to MASDC at Davis Monthan in July 1976, sold as N3146 by 1982 and stored until bought by Agro Air of the Dominican Republic in February 1986. Initially registered HI-473 and re-registered HI-473CA in 1991. Withdrawn from use at Miami in June 1991 and scrapped there in 1997.
