Built in 1991 as a CBS-4 version, test flying as D-HFHZ. Served as a demonstrator for MBB (D-HMBM), American Eurocopter (N3203K) and Eurocopter Deutschland (D-HLFB) where it was upgraded to CBS-5 in 1994. To ADAC Luftrettung that year as such, where its career ended ditching into a river, in 2003. Stored at Landshut in 2006, regi altered with tape into D-HLEB, and put on display that year as shown.
