Volunteers members of the Toronto Aerospace Museum (TAM) build a full scale medical model of the Avro Canada CF-105 Arrow at Downsview Airport between 1998 and October 2006 when the aircraft was rolled out before large crowds. The original supersonic Arrow program was cancelled by the Canadian government on February 20, 1959 and all Arrows scrapped except for a cockpit and one wing set. In Sep. 2011, the Museum was evicted from Downsview Park so the historic DHC hangar could be demolished to build a hockey rink.
