Built as 42-72344 for the USAAF. Converted to C-54DC for civilian use and delivered to Pan American World Airways as N88902 in July 1946. Sold to Eastern Airlines in November 1950 and flew with them until sold to the Trans Equipment Company in 1960. Exported to Colombia as HK-528 flying with SAM and later Aerotabo which became Aerolineas Medellin in 1976. The aircraft was withdrawn from use in 1978.
