Delivered new to Satena in November 1989 and involved in a landing accident at Nuqui Colombia in 2008. Rebuilt by CAMAN at Major Justino Mariño Cuesto Air Base, Madrid by 2010 and re-entered service with the Colombian Air Force as FAC-1258. Still active in 2021.
